WRMath – Windows-R Math

Introduction

Having been fed up with typing math commands in the Run dialog box, only to receive an error.  I decided to make a simple program which allows me to do so.

Purpose

A math program that allows users to do user to do simple calculations without opening their calculator.

What can it do?

  • Supports division, multiplication, subtraction, addition.
  • It can enter a series of calculations (1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5)
  • It can mix operators ( 3 + 3 + 4 – 5)

Issues?

  • The program by default has a left to right order of operations
  • There needs to be white characters between each Literal and Operator
  • Not much error checking

Chapter 1-2:Practice with Logical Resources

Purpose

This practice program is designed to give developers insight on how logical resources work.  The program has two seperate custom resource dictionaries. The first being for the grid. The Grid resource adds a gradient color scheme to the background. The second resource dictionary sets up a certain style for all buttons to follow (if the resource is loaded).
